VoxRing records and transcribes calls handled by our AI assistant. Businesses using VoxRing are responsible for notifying their callers that interactions may be recorded and processed by AI, as required by applicable law. Call logs, transcripts, and summaries are accessible via your VoxRing dashboard.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are stored per your account plan settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
7. DATA SECURITY
We protect your information using encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is entirely risk-free. We will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your data.
